The Collister Neighborhood Association (CNA) was formed at the first meeting in November 1993, Officers and Executive Committee were elected in February 1994.
Neighborhood boundaries are:
North: Boise City Area of Impact
South: State/Taft Streets
East: 36th Street
West: Pierce Park Lane
The original mission of the association was to:
1. Encourage public participation in area issues
2. Be a resource for area residents
3. Keep public informed of issues affecting them
