Abstract
In an interview with Troy Reeves on July 31, 1998, Bob Day discusses his involvement with the Greenbelt and Pathways Committee. He explains how he became aware of the Greenbelt during his time as Mayor of Boise from 1959-1961, his efforts working on the project as a member of the Capital City Kiwanis Club, and how he maintained involvement after leaving city politics as a property developer and committee member in the early 1970s. He also notes how his appointment of people like Earl Reynolds, Glen Cline and Nancy Donald to the Planning and Zoning Committee contributed to the advancement of the Greenbelt vision.
