Abstract
In an interview with Troy Reeves on August 5, 1998, Terence O’Rouark discusses his time as a member of the Greenbelt and Pathways Committee from 1989-1992. He explains that he became involved as a concerned citizen living in the East End Neighborhood. He describes his impression of the committee, their achievements in resisting development encroachment onto the pathway and wildlife habitats, his concern about the current state of the greenbelt, and where he thinks it will go in the future. Terrence touches on the issues with property development including the Ram Restaurant, encroachment into Bald Eagle nesting areas, and the Willow Park section.
