Custodial History
Ellen Southard collected these oral histories in April 2006. She was hired by the planning and development firm Belt Collins (who at one time partnered with Lenir Ltd.) to conduct place-based historical research on the Barber Valley. Eventually, Southard’s work became part of the Final Ordinance for Harris Ranch, Volume II, which is part of the public record for the City of Boise.
