This collection contains recorded interviews with Boise citizens. Notable topics include Boise Bench history, Greenbelt history, Foothills Levy history, Boise Fire Department history, Boise Police Department history, and personal and political histories of former mayors and councilmembers.

Abstract The first interview with Jerome Mapp covered his time growing up in Chicago and his interest in architecture that brought him to Idaho. Mapp described many of the planning positions that he held within and out of Idaho, as well as the many topics that he championed during his time as a council member.
