Immediate Source of Acquisition

The Department of Arts & History Oral History Program was created under the leadership of Brandi Burns, former History Programs Manager. Burns started the Oral History Program in 2009 when she served as the BSU Graduate Fellow in the Boise City Department of Arts & History. While she conducted early interviews, the program grew to the point where she used contractors, student interns, neighborhood associations, and volunteers to conduct the interviews.
