Percy Harold Watson was born February 15, 1903. He was married to Fern K Deuel, born October 10, 1903. They had three children Virginia Lee, Jean Harlow, and Harold Franklyn. Born May 22, 1929, July 24, 1930, and May 25, 1932 respectively. The family livedin Washington for many years before moving to Boise in the late 1930s. Mr. Watson joined Harry F Watson in running the Super Cold Ice Cream Store by 1941 when it changed its name to Watson's Super Cold Ice Cream Store. Unfortunately, Harry Watson passed sometime between 1945 and 1948, which was also the time when Watson's Super Cold Ice Cream Store went out of business. Harry Watson widowed Gertrude E Watson, who would later work with--or for, the relationship is unclear--Percy Watson in his new endeavor.By 1950, however, Percy Watson opened up Watson's Fountain Lunch at 317 N 9th st in Boise, Idaho. This business stayed open at least through 1966, but sometime between that year and 1973 Watson retired and the business was shut down. Percy Watson died February 7, 1979 and his wife, Fern, passed July 18, 1993.
