Abstract
In his interview with Susan Stacy, Jim Hall described the origins of the Boise foothills preservation effort. He described the partnerships he fostered with various public agencies as well as private landowners in the foothills. He discussed the different steps and committees that formed a long the way that culminated in the passage of the serial levy.
