Abstract
In his interview with Gaby Thomason on June 20, 2018, Brent Ho, who served as a Boise firefighter, offered his memories of working from the years 1975-2000. In that time, Ho served as a hoseman, senior firefighter, and captain. Ho spoke on the following topics: The influence that his father-in-law and Chief Rose had on Brent’s decision to join the fire department; his memories of the Eastman fire and other fires; emergency calls; the transition of getting rid of the Lieutenant position; meals at the firehouse; friendships with other firefighters and more.
